Training the floor is set up for.

These are the kinds of training the gym provides. Equipment can be moved or serviced, so confirm what is on the floor when you visit. Nothing here is a medical programme.

Strength and machine training

Resistance work with machines and loaded bars, for people who want strength as part of a regular week. A trainer can show you the setup of a machine before you use it.

Start with a weight you can control. If you have a heart condition, an injury, or you are returning after illness, speak to your doctor before you begin, and tell the gym about any limit you already know.

02 — Free weights

Dumbbells and barbells

The weights area is for dumbbells, barbells and related free-weight work. Members have described this part of the gym as separate from cardio, which keeps the platforms clearer.

Re-rack what you use. Ask before you attempt a lift you have not done before.

03 — Cardio

A separate cardio area

Cardio has its own part of the gym, which members mention as one of the three sections. Use it for stamina work: walking, running, cycling and similar steady exercise.

Wipe down the machine you used. If a screen or a belt is out of order, tell the desk rather than forcing it.

04 — Legs

Leg section

Lower-body training has a section of its own. That is where squat patterns, leg machines and related work are meant to happen, so the rest of the floor stays usable.

Use a spotter or the safety bars when a lift can pin you. The gym can explain the setup. You still choose the load.

05 — Floor work

General fitness

Floor exercise sits with the cardio side of the gym in the way members describe the layout. It is space for bodyweight work and general conditioning alongside the machines.

This is ordinary fitness training. It is not a physiotherapy clinic and it is not a promised fat-loss plan.

Trainer guidance

Trainers work on the floor. Members have said they can ask how to do an exercise even when they have not taken personal training. That guidance is about technique and how to use the gym.

It is not a medical assessment. A trainer may suggest a sensible training approach. Follow your own doctor where health, injury, pregnancy or medication is involved.

Personal training

If you want a dedicated trainer for your sessions, ask the gym. Personal training is arranged separately from a general membership. The fee, the number of sessions, and what is included are confirmed before you pay.

This website does not sell personal training and does not lock a slot. Use the contact page or call +91 93540 04877.

Services and the equipment available can change. A page on this website is an introduction, not a contract. The membership terms you are given at the gym are the ones that apply if you join.
